I really dont know whats happaning lol?

hey i ovulated 2 weeks ago me and my hubby have been trying for ages to get pregnant has happened twice but lost both at 9 weeks i have noticed that my are really sesetive and even when i move and my top runs along them its really painfull i dnt know weather i could be pregnant coz this has never happened when i have been pregnanty my period is due on the on tuesday and usually about now i usually have cramping starting but nothing just some spotting.
