My oven is out of order at the moment and...?

I have a ton of leftover beef pot roast and gravy. Anyone have any ideas what I can make with it? Possibly in the crock pot. I don't want to make stew with it because my kids won't eat it and it will just go to waste. Thanks for any creative suggestions. : )
