How do i make him get the point and leave me alone?

ok, there's this guy in my homeroom and my math cl who won' t leave me alone. i was nice 2 him @ first because i felt sorry for him. but know, he wont leave me alone. i ignore him, hoping he'll catch a clue. my bff told him he didn't leave me alone, that she was going claw his eyes out. the reason i quit talking 2 him is that he was always staring @ me and he creeps me out. he looks like the kind of person who's going 2 grow up and be a rapist. and he just scares me. tell me what 2 do b4 i kill him
