I don't know what to do anymore! help?

Well theres these 2 guys. I have feelings for both of them. One is my boyfriend and one is my ex. My ex hasnt talked to me for a whole week cause he got tired of waiting for me. I'm scared i may have lost him forever. I feel so empty without him. But when me and my boyfriend broke up i felt the same way. I just kept crying. I don't know what to do? Who to pick? please help meee!
