'06 Accord front bumper has paint chips. Do warranties cover this?

My warranty on my Accord expires in 3 weeks. The front bumper has dozens of small nicks in it, presumably from salt over the winters I've had it. Does the warranty cover this? Such as an "anti-perforation" part of one? If so, do I contact the dealer? Thanks.
