I hate sleeping/am afraid to sleep?

Start understanding that these are your dreams and you can control them. Start imagineing before you go to bed that you are so powerful you can over-power and defeat anything, this will need to become a habit for you to get use to it and for effects to work, it will not be instant, but you just need to start telling yourself that you are strong and can handle anything or any one no matter what they are or dead or alive you are stronger and in control. Tell yourself that in the mirror when you wake-up at least 5 times every day before you go to bed and when you get up, and after a couple weeks you will control your deams and it will bleed over into your life.
