Who's the better rapper, Flo Rida or Soulja Boy?

hmmm I would say overall Flo-Rida but Soulja Boy can get WAY more lyrical than Flo-Rida at times when he actually puts the effort in it. (There was a freestyle he did that every line was a punchline and also he has a new song out with SOD Money Gang that goes pretty hard)
