Wife? Do you ever feel unsure about your marriage?

I love my husband I know this, however we did get married young and have been to gether for a long time. I did however get alot of my partying and "fun" out of the way very young so its not that I'm missing that, its just some times I feel like ok here I am is this forever? Kinda Like a Curiousity feeling. I dont know its weird because I dont want to leave my husband exactly its just......I dont know. Am I the only one?
