Why can't Evolutionist Christian SPEAK UP more?

They are afraid of their fellow Christians creationists. Judge John E. Jones III (the U.S. District court Judge who resided over the Kitzmiller v Dover School District trial) and his family were put under 24h/day protection after he handed down the verdict. Judge Jones is a Christian who ruled against intelligent design being taught in the Dover School District.
