Why do RepubIicans constantly ignore the fact that Reagan invented deficit spending?

Conservatives: how can you worship Reagan and praise fiscal responsibility? Isn't Jesus your God? Since Reagan, Clinton has been the only President to balance the budget. Don't you guys always pretend the deficit is an important issue to you? Reagan pretty much invented deficit spending. The only other Prez to do it before the great Reagan was Nixon and the amount he did it by was negligible. How does it feel to be a of hypocrisy?
