What are some healthy meals?

So I'm trying to loose weight, and I've been exercising all week by doing a bit of beginner kickboxing exercising for 20 min. when I get home from school. But now I don't know what kind of meals I should eat. so those of you who are doctors, of physical coaches, or just someone who has lost weight in the past, please tell me what type of meals I should eat.
