House fans - did they jump the shark with the season 5 finale?

I agree. I wanted House to have had a relationship with Cuddy. I also wanted him to be still hooked on pills but was being slowly weened off. I mean, they did have a little romance back then. And with all the things he's been through with his drug problems, I would have think the relationship with Cuddy would have been great. It would be something positive in his messed up drug haze. But, him going to a psych ward, I don't know. Let's see how next season will play out.
