Did I mess things up with this girl?

I got mad at her for not saying I was one of the people in her life that she trusted so I decided to ignore her but then I realized I was hurting her so I apologized but later on in the night I deleted her from my buddylist on aim and blocked her SN and she left a crying voicemail on my phone saying she's so upset because I just apologized a few hours ago and I'm already doing something to hurt her again. Did I mess up, Am I a jerk? I don't know what to do.
