Could we reach 350 ppm of CO2 before the tipping point occurs?

I know I'm being pessimistic and cynical, but it seems a bit too far off for us to get there. We're at 389 ppm right now, and apparently it's too hard to cut down our CO2 emissions by 49 in about a century. So many countries didn't want to stop it during the 1990's. Also, the global climate increases by .6% and will go up more.
