Can someone good with computers help?

When starting up my Laptop, a blue screen comes up saying like corrupt or missing NTFS.sys file and like they have to check the C: Drive i eventually press escape and the computer starts. I thought that blue screen wouldn't show up anymore, however when i restarted the computer It came up again What do i do to get that blue screen off? can someone please please please please please help???
